I've been wanting to try to brush the dogs teeth for a while now so I finally bought a finger brush and poultry flavored dog tooth paste. I first got the idea from their babysitter. He brushes his dog Princess's teeth. Well good news both dogs like the way the tooth paste tastes and they weren't too concerned when I was sticking my finger in their mouths. More than anything I think they just thought it was annoying. I want to get them on a schedule of brushing their teeth a few times a week. Once they get used to it the brushing will become easier. Brushing their teeth is important to keep their teeth and gums healthy just like ours. We brush our teeth why not theirs?
